My Top 5 Beauty Products Under €5

Hi everyone,

You're all very welcome back to the latest blog where I am going to share with you my top beauty/makeup products under €5! I love these sort of blogs and videos and since I have tried and tested many items throughout the years (along with being an avid bargain hunter), I thought I would share my favourite bargain beauty buys!

I am sure that some of you will agree with me in saying that I love when someone compliments a nail colour, lipstick shade or even perfume that I have on and I can reply with 'oh that was only a fiver in Boots' or 'that lipstick is so cheap' and then sharing your gem of a product with someone.

Now, there are plenty of products that I love but these are the Top 5 that I thought would be of interest to most people. Here we go!

Number One: Garnier Moisture Bomb Face Masks
Where: Boots How much? €1.38

These face masks are literally like a shot of hydration for your skin. I use 1-2 per week and have absolutely noticed a difference in my skin since using them. It comes out in the form of a white face mask with two holes for your eyes, one for your nose and one for your mouth so beware- you will look crazy with it on! Leave it on for 10-12 minutes, peel it off and rub in the excess moisture with a cotton pad or simply wash it off and that's it! I cannot recommend these face masks enough and at €1.38, you cannot go wrong.

Number Two: Flormar Spider Lash Mascara
Where: Pharmacies Nationwide   How much? €4.95

This mascara is a recent purchase and I haven't stopped using it since I bought it. Flormar is relatively new on the Irish market but it has fabulous makeup at reasonable prices so I would definitely look into what pharmacies stock it nearby as there are really good products available. This mascara was bought on a whim as I recently ran out of one and picked up the first one I saw. Luckily, it has turned out to be amazing. My lashes are long but naturally very straight and thin. So with this mascara, volume is added at the root of the lash which instantly lifts the eye creates the wide eye effect. Don't be scared by the name of it though. 'Spider lash' can remind you of horrible past experiences with mascara but I promise this is not the case! 10 out of 10 from me!

Number Three:
Botanics Radiance Balm
Where: Boots  How much? €3.50

I have spoken about this product before and people will know that I am a huge of this balm. It doubles as a primer and an illuminator used before you apply foundation for a subtle glow and instant brightening effect. It is very handy for those days where you are tired and it is visible on the skin. Mix some of this balm into your moisturizer or foundation and watch it glow! Love!

Number Four:  Catrice Highlighter
Where: Penneys and Pharmacies Nationwide    €4.89 (approx.)

For those who aren't familiar with highlighters and want to try one but don't want to bare the expense, Catrice have an amazing highlighter that will be perfect for you! This illuminating highlighter is buildable which means you can apply a light layer that will be noticeable but subtle at the same time and then add another layer or two for evening/night time for that gorgeous glow. I apply this with a fan brush from the Body Shop but beauty blenders and regular powder brushes will work a treat too!

Number Five: Penneys Jumbo Crayon Lipliner in Nude
Where: Penneys  How much? €1.50

This is a favourite with many people and a lot of my friends use this too and swear by it! It is also available in a thin applicator but I prefer the jumbo crayon as it is easier to use as a lippie. This nude colour is perfect for wearing by itself, as a liner with a lighter lipstick or for when you are creating an ombré lip. It is an all rounder and I think everyone should have one in their makeup bags!

There you have it! Some of my favourite bargain beauty products that never fail me!
I hope you enjoyed this post and thank you for reading!
