What I Wore - Outfit and Makeup Details

Hi guys!

So last weekend I went out with friends and decided to do a 'get ready with me' vlog over on my Snapchat (styleah). This went down really well and I loved being able to show people the makeup and products I was using.
Anyways, today I am going to go through the outfit that I wore and what makeup products I used. I hope you enjoy!

Firstly, the scene of the crime!

Outfit:

I opted for all black on this occasion. It's simple, classy and you do not have to put in much effort! The jeans are my all time favourites- Molly high-waisted jeggings from River Island. They are so comfortable and very flattering. (can be bought here
The top is a high neck jersey style one that I picked up in New Look during the week for just €8. There was a great sale on so I would recommend heading in for a bargain or two ;) Any basic black top would work for this look whether it is high neck, t-shirt style or a basic black vest top- the choices are endless. The key thing is to keep it simple!
Boots are from River Island as well but are old stock.

Just as I was heading out the door my mam reminded me that I wasn't to leave without a jacket haha! So I put on this pink and black wrap style blazer that I picked up last year in River Island. It is not available now but there are very similar ones in stock now with different prints and colours. As the outfit is all black you can pretty much wear any blazer or kimono to keep you warm! (Thanks mam)

Makeup:

Earrings are from Penneys and are available now for €4!

As you can see in the first picture of my messy room, the new SOSU Complete Contour Palette is sitting in there somewhere! This is an absolute gem of a palette and has everything you need for a contoured look! As you probably know from my Instagram and Snapchat, I love this palette and cannot recommend it enough! I used it for concealing and contouring and then used my Pippa Palette for blusher and highlighter!
I did a very subtle smokey eye using Urban Decay Naked 2 Palette and Rimmel Scandal'eyes liquid eyeliner and Rimmel 'Extra Super Lash Mascara' to finish off the eyes.

The bargain buy: Penneys Liquid Lipstick in 'Nude'.
I teamed this with Rimmel lipstick in number 42 which is a nude shade as part of their Kate Moss collection. I then went over it using this liquid lipstick to create a pink/nude look that I loved! Best thing about this product is it's only €2.50!

There you have it! My full outfit and makeup look from the weekend.
I hope you enjoyed this post and picked up some ideas and tips :)
Thank you for reading,
Leah xx
