Saturday Night Makeup Look!

Hi Everyone,

I hope you are all well and settling back into school/college/work by now!

If you follow me on Instagram,, you will have seen this picture that I posted of my makeup look from a recent night out:

Well, because I loved the look so much and used some very affordable products, I have decided to show you all of the products I used to achieve this look!

The picture isn't the best of quality (I used the front facing camera on an iPhone), but it's enough to show you the finished look ;)

Here we go:

On a freshly cleansed face I started off with foundation. The Rimmel 25 hour Lasting Finish Foundation. This is a full coverage foundation so perfect for a night out. Not sure about the 25 hour effect but it definitely lasted the entire night!

I then buffed in concealer to any blemished and also underneath the eyes. I used the Catrice All Round Concealer Palette (the medium and dark shades).

For contouring and adding a glow to my face, I used MAC Mineralize Skinfinish Natural in Medium. I also used MAC Highlighter in Soft and Gentle as a highlight along my cheek bones, down the center of my nose and on the cupid's bow.

For blusher, I used my all time favourite Rimmel Blush in Pink Rose on the apples of my cheeks

All of the eyeshadows came from the Urban Decay Naked 2 Palette which I highly recommend to anyone on the lookout for new shadows or if you are interested in the palette already. Go for it! They last so long and you have a great choice of shades so you can create endless amounts of looks

All over the lid: Tease and Suspect

Brow bone highlight: Bootycall

Into the crease: Pistol and YDK

Outer corner: Busted

Lower lashline: Snakebite

Inner corners: Verve

I also used individual lashes on the outer corners for a wide eyed look and added definition to the eyes. I picked this pack of lashes in Penneys for €3.50.

Along the top lashline I used Maybelline Soft Khol Liner in Black. No need for the line to be perfetly straight and even as I then used a blending brush and blended out the black for a smokey look. This added volume to the lash line also and made the eyes stand out.

Mascara: NYC Big Bold Lashes in Extreme Black.

Lips: MAC lipstick in Honey Love

And there you have it, my full makeup look!
I hope you enjoyed ;)
