July Favourites

Hi everyone,

It feels like only yesterday I was blogging about my June favourites and here I am with my July Favourites! Where is the time going? I hope you are still enjoying the Summer holidays. It is currently lashing rain here in the West so what better to do on a miserable day like this then blog!

Throughout the month of July I tried to mix up the products I was using everyday and to try stuff I had in my makeup bag but hadn't touched in ages! It's easy to fall into to the same routine with regards to makeup and beauty products as you become comfortable with the same products. However, I did make the effort and found some of my July Favourites!

First up:

Rimmel Lasting Finish 25 hour Foundation.

Love love love this foundation! I had used this afew years back and went back to it this month when it was on offer. I think I got it for €6.99 which was a steal! i must add that it is a full coverage foundation so if you prefer a lightweight feel then you should something lighter see my post here :
http://styleah.blogspot.ie/2015/07/product-reviews.html.
Provides great coverage and lasts all day. I rarely have to touch it up except if i am going out in the evenings, I will put a little more on as naturally, it will tend to wear away as the day goes on.
So, if you are thinking of trying this and need a new foundation, I would absolutely recommend this one!

Next:

Rimmel Brow This Way; Brow Styling Gel

Another favourite from Rimmel London. This styling gel provides a tint to the eyebrows as well as a thick gel that holds the hairs in place. It has a brush at the top of the wand so it is easy to brush through the hairs and style them as you wish. I have naturally dark eyebrows so I went for Dark Brown which is a perfect match therefore my eyebrows only seem a little darker than normal. This stays on for hours and helps to give a nice shape to the brows!

Next:

Wet'n'Wild Matte Colour Lipstick in 'Bare It All'

I purchased this lipstick in Dunnes for €2.99 as I had seen on instagram that it is a dupe for the MAC lipstick 'Velvet Teddy'. I love the colour it is a light brown/nude that is perfect for daytime and even night time!
I apply a layer of Vaseline or Carmex before I apply this product and so it looks more noticeable on the lips. Not bad for €2.99!

Rimmel Sunshimmer Bronzer/Highlighter (Yes, I love Rimmel!)
I got this bronzer free at a local pharmacy as I spent over €12 on Rimmel products. Such a handy product as you have a highlighter and bronzer all in one!  A great bronzer that provides a warm glow to the skin after just one application. I usually swirl my brush through both powders and mix the two together. This creates a beautiful colour that will look great on any skin tone!

Finally:

Two Revlon Nail Enamel Nail Polishes 'Plum Seduction' and 'Charming'

Gorgeous colours that ar great by themselves and can also be used together! When i first bought them, I wore Plum Seduction on all nails except both ring fingers. I applied Charming to those two and it looked great! Very pretty and polished looking ;) I don't usually use Revlon polishes but I picked these up for a very good price while I was on holidays in Hong Kong. They were €2 each!!

I apply two coats of the polish and it will last me for a week before the chips start to appear ;)

And that's it guys! I hope you enjoyed this post and have found some inspiration!

Thank you all for reading and have a great week!
What are your July Favourites??

Leah xx
